**A Little About Us**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an Embroidery Digitizer to join our team and serve as the "Thread Maestro" of our shop. Your duties will be to efficiently, effectively, and clearly transform designs into high-quality embroidery patterns. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the design team, optimizing embroidery patterns, and maintaining a high standard of quality in every project. We are offering an initial part-time position to grow into a full-time position with job security, co-workers who become friends, a family-like environment, and a safe place to work.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create precise and aesthetically pleasing embroidery designs from customer artwork.
- Convert digital designs into embroidery files using industry-standard software (e.g., Wilcom).
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of client specifications.
- Optimize embroidery patterns for different fabrics and garment types.
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any design issues to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Maintain an organized library of embroidery files and project records.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer, preferably in a commercial or custom embroidery setting.
- Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, or similar).
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Punctuality is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
