Golf Club Builder

**JOB SUMMARY**_: _**_Club Champion is looking to hire Golf Club Builders for our Willowbrook, IL location (Headquarters). The Golf Club Builder owns all aspects of the golf club building process and is responsible for building 80-100+ clubs/day. The builder must have hands on experience and produce quality work. _This position will report to the Build Shop Supervisor._

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Ownership of all aspects of the golf club building process (assembly, disassembly, bending, stamping, etc.).
- Responsible for building 80-100+ clubs/day.
- Quality golf club work and documentation.
- Contribute to efficiency of build production.
- Golf club work (pulling shafts, removing grips, cleaning, etc.).

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Experience in a hands-on assembly role/production of a hand-crafted product, carpentry, etc.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of golf clubs and parts, familiarity with brands, types, etc.
- Club building experience is preferred

- Willingness to learn.
- Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and takes pride in work.
- Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays
- Knowledge of golf equipment (types of clubs, brands, etc.) a plus
