**VP of Operations**

Job Descriptions:

- Participate in the company's major operational decision-making process, provide suggestions for the company's strategic direction, and assist the CEO in building a nationwide express delivery network.
- Responsible for achieving various operational targets assigned by the company; assess a series of indicators including operational quality, efficiency, and cost to meet the company's operational standards.
- Responsible for setting, drafting, and revising the company's management structure and basic internal management systems, understanding the team's operation status, promptly warning of risks, and proposing feasible preventive measures; promptly identify anomalies, coordinate relevant actions for major abnormal situations, and ensure smooth operation.
- Responsible for optimizing team workflow, developing work standards, promoting the improvement of IT systems, and enhancing team operational efficiency.
- Responsible for team recruitment, training, cultural development, and mechanism construction.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration, lead the team to influence the entire chain (including: product end, marketing end, delivery end) to achieve the best delivery goals centered on customer needs.
- Participate in the formulation of the company's development strategy and annual operating plans.

Job Requirements:

- Familiar with the current situation and development trends of the logistics industry in the United States, understanding modern logistics management, or fleet business processes.
- Over five years of team management experience, with experience in medium to large enterprise management preferred.
- Have rich organizational management experience, including but not limited to: customer management, team management, mechanism construction, etc.
- Possess good process thinking, risk control ability, strong judgment and decision-making ability, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership charm, sense of responsibility, integrity, ability to withstand high work pressure, and good teamwork spirit.

岗位职责：
1. 参与公司重大经营决策过程，并为公司战略性方向提供建议，协助CEO搭建全美快运网络；
2. 负责完成公司下达的各项运营指标；对运营质量、运营效率、运营成本一系列指标进行考核，达到公司的运营指标标准；
3. 负责设置、编撰、修订公司管理架构和内部基本管理制度，掌握团队运行情况，及时预警风险并提出可行的预防预案；及时发现异常，对于大型的异常情况进行相关协调，保证平稳运行；
4. 负责优化团队作业流程，并输出工作标准，促进IT系统的完善，提升团队运作效率；
5. 负责团队人员招聘、培养、文化建设、机制建设；
6. 促进跨部门协同，带领团队影响全链条（包括：产品端、营销端、交付端）实现“以客户为中心”的最佳交付目标；
7. 参与制定公司的发展战略与年度经营计划。

岗位要求：
1. 熟悉全美物流行业现状及发展趋势，了解现代物流管理、或车队业务流程;
2. 五年以上团队管理经验，有中大型企业管理工作经验者尤佳；
3. 有较丰富的组织管理经验，包括但不限于：客户管理、团队管理、机制建设等方面；
4. 有良好的流程思维、风险预控能力、较强的判断与决策能力、沟通能力、谈判能力；
5. 优良的领导魅力、责任心，人品端正，能承受较大工作压力，良好的团队合作精神。

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
