**Job: Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Logistics Coordinator**

**Location**:Carson, CA

**Job Type**:Full-time, non-exempt, hourly

**Shifts**:8 hours

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday

**Starting Pay**:$20.50 -$22.00 based on experience

**Pay dates**: Weekly on Fridays

MHX is hiring new team members who have the unique blend of work experience that includes both warehouse shipping and receiving logistics coordination coupled with a strong customer service skillset at our Carson, California location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule customer pick-ups and deliveries
- Advocate customer needs to the internal Planning and Operations teams
- Perform data entry to accurately input customers’ inbound/outbound inventory shipments, in a timely manner, via MHX, LLC supply chain management system
- Maintain an active dialogue with customers regarding status of shipments to/from facilities
- Send inventory report monthly and by request, monitor responses and address to resolve discrepancies
- Resolve customer concerns promptly. or escalate to supervisor
- Ensure customer concerns and related resolutions are documented
- Review inventory data from cycle counts performed by Operating department, investigate and reconcile discrepancies found
- Schedule and host monthly customer status meetings to ensure satisfaction, resolution. and offer relevant services
- Maintain understanding on evolving customers’ business needs
- Other projects and/or duties as assigned

**Qualifications: Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills **

Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent

**Preferred**:

- Inventory management experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (functions include not limited to: sorting, filtering, formatting, pivot tables, formulas, functions)
- Supply chain management
- Data analysis experience

Pay: $21.20 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
