Guest Experience cast members provide guests with efficient and courteous service. Assisting guests with lanes, games, and attraction experiences.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Greet all guests as they enter the venue
- Knowledgeable and able to assist guests with lanes, games, and attraction experiences.
- Communicates and monitors equipment issues while upholding cleanliness standards of games and equipment
- Stock and maintain merchandise
- Completed safety training required for assisting guests with attraction experiences
- Able to clearly communicate safety risks to guests pertaining attraction experiences to maintain a low-risk environment
- Knowledgeable of upcoming events and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations
- Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Communicates effectively with management and co-workers
- Follow Elevate Entertainment Group unform standards
- Upholds Elevate Hospitality Entertainment Group standards
- Uphold all Elevate Entertainment Group standards

**Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to**:

- Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure

**Education + Experience + Requirements**:

- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
