**Responsibilities**:
**Shift Lead**:Leads large crew in order to execute projects.

**Training**:Assists in training newer staff.

**Specialty Care**: Performs tasks within specialty field, i.e., irrigation sytems, Backflow repair and maintenance, Arboriculture, Large tree removals, tree climbing and maintenace. Interior plant care and botanical knowledge. Takes an active responsibility for items within specialty skills. Assists in budgeting for projects related to individual speciality.

**Plant Care**: Trims and prunes plants, Installs landscape designs, heavy lifting, hauling, equipment operation, decision making. understands design schematics.

Application of herbicides/pesticide as needed.

**Compemsation: $18.00 per hour**

Qualifications:
Having a High School diploma or G.E.D. is preferred, but not necessary.
