**Maintenance Planner/Scheduler (CMMS) - Middleton, WI**
Future Foam, Inc., is a leading manufacturer of polyurethane foam products that has been family owned for over 60 years. We are in search of a **Planner/Scheduler** to join our experienced maintenance team in Middleton, WI. This position reports to the maintenance manager. This position is primarily responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the CMMS system currently in place. This includes administration of all aspects of the CMMS - from data input to work order creation, inventory management, purchasing, and utilization report generation. This position will also assist current maintenance technicians in the execution of their daily job duties as applicable.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Follow all safety rules to protect the people and company assets.
- Adherence to company policies, OSHA regulations and all applicable laws while observing safe work practices.
- Manage the CMMS program currently in use at Future Foam - Middleton Campus, including but not limited to the following:
- Create work orders.
- Input necessary data.
- Plan and schedule department work flow.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Source and procure services, parts, and equipment.
- Generate reports as necessary to demonstrate KPIs.
- Regularly audit the system data to further refine and focus program information.
- Update the program and provide support and training to the maintenance team.
- Actively participate in the 5S initiatives.
- Actively participate in project planning for the maintenance team.
- Attend and participate in all required training, safety, and departmental meetings.
- Fill in as vacation or absentee coverage for team members as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications/ Requirements**
- HS Diploma or higher education.
- Associates degree in a technical field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft software - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with CMMS **required** - Maintain X familiarity preferred.
- A positive and collaborate attitude is essential.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to read and understand technical literature, drawings, schematics.
- Hands on experience in maintenance activities a plus.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
