Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring mínimal disruption to the workflow.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, and change orders.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and local building codes.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of roofing crews, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and built-up roofing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on team building and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, crew members, and management.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
