Air Freight Export Coordinator

What you’ll do:

- Manage all aspects of an international air export air shipment from origin to destination, including liaising with our international partners;
- Coordinate with shippers, vendors (truckers, airlines etc.) and international partners to facilitate the timely delivery of shipments within budget;
- Process all required documentation (BOL's, airway bills etc.) for export functions;
- Process export electronic filings;
- Support and assist sales functions to ensure optimal service delivery and attainment of sales targets;
- Meet customer retention and profitability goals.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in air or ocean freight forwarding operations;
- Experience with Cargowise preferred;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill;
- A true passion for customer service - you enjoy delivering your best to clients.'

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
- Freight Experience: 2 years (preferred)
