**Duties**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform basic accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) task
- Payroll processing
- Proficiently handle data entry task using QuickBooks software
- Accurately enter invoices into the system and maintain up-to-date records
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of debits and credits principles
- Previous experience as an account clerk or bookkeeper
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
