This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.
The Ingram Global Digital Solutions team is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management, to drive key customer experience initiatives for its Global digital properties. As a Senior Manager, you will be a leader within the Product and Platform organization that owns feature development, prioritization, and launch for impactful new products. You will work with our customers, business stakeholders, Partners, UX, Engineering and IT teams to define product features, set priorities and lead launches. Key responsibilities will include driving development of strategies, epics, user stories, and technical functional documents; driving development across IT, Engineering, Design, and UX in alignment with customer, business, and market requirements; diving into customer feedback, BI and other data to help prioritize
Your Role:
The Manager, Product Management - Insights for Ingram Micro’s Global Platform Team will be a key leader on the Insights & Recommendations Product Team and be responsible for:
The role:
- Setting a product vision and strategy that aligns with company, organization, and team level objectives.
- Exhibiting and building strong product management practices, principles, and leadership
- Strong advocate for internal and external customers and can convert their needs into prioritized roadmaps.
- Owning the excellence of your product(s) - be scrappy, solve problems, and take an entrepreneurial approach to deliver against business outcomes.
- Defining, monitoring, and analyzing product and business metrics, and feeding learnings back into the product and model development process for your teams.
- Understanding of the global organization and its associated business units, with a lens towards common-sizing and solution building to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Ability to understand complex business and technical considerations and make appropriate decisions to ensure positive, global results.
- People management including the ability to identify, hire, retain, and develop highly skilled product managers.
- Meet with customers, partners, peers, and stakeholders, including regional CIOs and business leaders, to understand market and business requirements, opportunities, and challenges.
- Actively prioritizes broad competing needs and helps to build business cases around new investment requests.
- Manage, hire, retain and grow Insight Product Managers, nurturing the existing skillset and raising the bar for higher standards.
- Help to build a strong product culture within the organization.
- Be an ambassador for all things digital within Ingram Micro and to champion transformation across the organization.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, and a related technical emphasis is required. Preferred: an MBA (or equivalent) from a top-tier institution, or equivalent business experience.
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience - with at least 1 year people management experience, preferably experience managing through direct report managers.
- Experience working with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of products across customers & internal associates.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Possess a high comfortable level presenting to executive staff, key stakeholders, and large teams.
- Passion for quality and commitment to creating engaging, intuitive experiences.
- Ability to work with remote partners and team members via online tools across different time zones.
- Position may require occasional travel, including international travel.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $121,400.00 - $206,400.00 per year.
