Powder Coater

**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Operate power tools and hand tools to remove rust, dirt, and old paint from surfaces
- Ensure even coverage and proper adhesion of powder coating
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired results
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in powder coating or a related field required 6months+
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring and mixing coatings
- Experience in a lean manufacturing environment is beneficial
