Programar y controlar los equipos de gestión de energía para que operen a una eficiencia operativa máxima y evitar cargos y multas por uso durante las horas de mayor demanda. Dirigir y capacitar al personal de calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado (HVAC) en la operación de los equipos de gestión de energía y calibración de equipos. Supervisar y resolver problemas con refrigeradores, torres de refrigeración, recipientes a presión, permisos y controles para calentadores. Supervisar y resolver problemas con los equipos de calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado (HVAC) incluyendo unidades de tratamiento de aire (AHU), motores, variadores de velocidad (VSD) y controles. Realizar diariamente las pruebas químicas del agua y lecturas de los medidores de servicios públicos. Registrar las lecturas de los medidores y hacer los ajustes apropiados al sistema de gestión de energía según sea necesario. Supervisar la demanda de electricidad, el uso de refrigerantes, las bombas para agua de pozo y los sistemas de filtración. Realizar verificaciones de seguridad en equipos relacionados según sea necesario.

Cumplir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía y completar la capacitación y certificaciones de seguridad. Proteger los bienes de la compañía. Anticiparse y atender las necesidades de servicio de los huéspedes y ayudar a personas con discapacidades. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con otros. Verificar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad; identificar, recomendar, desarrollar e introducir nuevos métodos para aumentar la eficacia, productividad, calidad, seguridad y el ahorro de costos de la organización. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 50 libras (22,5 Kg.) o menos. Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso inclinarse, dar giros, arrastrar y agacharse. Ejecutar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas.

APTITUDES DESEABLES

Educación: Se prefiere título de estudios secundarios, certificado equivalente de un programa

de Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED)

(General Educational Development, GED) o título expedido por una escuela de formación técnica,

vocacional o de oficios.

Experiência laboral afín: Al menos 2 años de experiência laboral afín.

Experiência como supervisor: No se requiere experiência como supervisor.

Carnet de conducir válido

Certificación como técnico calificado.
