**Job Description**:
We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as morning crew members. As part of the morning crew, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a smile and assisting them with their orders.
- Preparing and serving our delicious coffee beverages, including brewed coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty drinks.
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of our freshly baked donuts, muffins, and other baked goods.
- Keeping the store clean and organized, including restocking products and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
- Following all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' Donuts standards and procedures.
- Availability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
