Job Summary:
PART TIME TO START WILL TURN TO FULL TIME plus bonus incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support, including data entry, file management, and order entry
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing schedules, maintaining supplies, and managing phone systems
- Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Norwich, CT 06360: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
