**Job description**
- **JOB SUMMARY**:_

The CLOSER / COLLECTOR position is responsible to answer inbound calls, collect the payment on delinquent accounts. This is the most important position in our company because it generates a forward flow of revenue to grow our operation to greater heights. In an 8 hour shift, our CLOSER takes inbound calls. Once the consumer is located, our Closer negotiates remit of payment, balance in full.

- **POSITION OBJECTIVES**:_
- Use databases such as TLO to locate the consumer for collection
- Responsible for collecting the $30K target monthly
- Take in bound calls
- Negotiating paying off seriously past due collection accounts
- **KEY COMPETENCIES**:_
- Multi-tasking between computer screens, web searches, while on the phone
- Reading aloud from the provided script
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers: typing and conducting web searches
- Must be familiar with FDCPA regulations.
- **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**_
- _**Minimum 2 years experience in Debt Collections**_
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Prior Telemarketing, Sales, and Collecting.
- **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:_
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working

Pay: $38,400.00 - $150,000.00 per year
