**Exhibit Laborer / Display Person Responsibilities**
- Service & manage small projects such as; client pull & preps, receiving, check-ins and on-site supervision for small to medium sized accounts.
- Work from start to finish independently and / or as part of a team and under the direction of a Senior Display Person Service and/or management.
- Responsible to complete projects on time and within estimated hours per written work order and or as discussed in put-to-work meetings
- Utilize a high quality level in pulling/prepping/servicing of exhibits and client properties
- Stay knowledgeable of all assigned client properties and applicable client products.
- May be assigned as a lead directing the work of other Display Person - Service personnel assigned to service accounts.
- Complete detailed movement sheets and damaged, missing, added reports and all other required paper work; final review of all components through final job review process
- Maintain professionalism in dealing with all shop personnel, office staff, customers and vendors
- Potential to lead/direct others on small projects
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- May be required to assist in training new service personnel
- May provide onsite supervision for assigned client setups
- Develop strong relationships with assigned clients

**Requirements**:
**Exhibit Laborer / Display Person Requirements**
- High School diploma / GED and or one to three years of related experience.
- Previous trade show or exhibit building experience preferred.
- Possess a general reading and understanding of setup drawings
- Have general organizational skills and be attentive to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, due date driven environment
