**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage

**Experience**:

- Licensed Personal Lines or P & C Agent
- Proven track record in sales
- Experienced in customer service
- Knowledge of Underwriting of personal Property Insurance
- Familiarity with insurance sales practices
- Ability to conduct inside sales activities
- Proficiency in sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Multilingual skills are advantageous but not required
- Strong and quick computer navigation skills required

We are very selective on who we bring on board. Once hired, our agents have a much longer length of employment, many agents over 10 years with SkyBlue.

Pay: $86,347.00 - $125,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday

Work setting:

- Call center
- In-person

Ability to Relocate:

- Lakewood, CA 90712: Relocate before starting work (required)
