**Position Overview**: We are seeking an experienced and visionary part-time LCAT Clinical Director to join our exceptional team. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who excels in clinical leadership, policy direction, and upholding the highest standards of ethical, clinical, and legal practices. As our Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services and guiding our dedicated team towards excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure practice-wide policies, procedures, and clinical services adhere to best practices and New York regulations.
- Supervise and mentor a talented (and motivated) team of 6 therapists and 1 billing specialist.
- Optimize patient outcomes by overseeing clinical and program processes.
- Collaborate to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
- Participate in marketing budget planning and resource allocation based on needs assessments and trends
- Facilitate monthly meetings with key team members, including the Assistant Clinical Director, Intake Coordinator, billing specialist, and founder.
- Join weekly team supervision meetings and hold office hours for additional staff support.
- Engage in community outreach to identify potential referral sources and partnerships.
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new staff.
- Develop surveys and protocols to continuously improve our services.

**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy.
- Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) with registration and board certification in appropriate.
- 10+ years of direct clinical service experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in clinical settings.
- 1+ years creating policies, programs and developing systems
- Expertise in trauma-informed care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and social justice
- Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional team involvement.
