**Nature of Work**:

- Eastern Regional Jail and Correctional Facility is looking to fill a Corrections Facility Coordinator 2 vacancy. Under the direction of the Associate Superintendent of Operations, exercises responsibility and assists in monitoring the daily operations of the state shop and central receiving. This position is responsible for the operations within the primary areas of assignment of Central Receiving and State Shop to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Issuance and accountability of inmate clothing, bedding and institutional cleaning supplies, accountability of the central receiving department and issuance of packages and supplies coming into the facility; accountability of laundry operations within the facility to include the supervision of an inmate laundry crew. Inquire into offender complaints and offer direction with issues in assigned areas during the absence of higher authority. Submits requisitions to the appropriate personnel when supplies need replenished. Responsible for the acquisition and inventory of all materials, supplies and equipment necessary for the assigned areas of operations. Serves as a lead worker. Performs related duties as required.
- **In accordance with SPB 3088 effective 10/7/23, $5000 will be added to the minimum starting rate of pay for all classifications within a Critical Vacancy Pay Supplemental Facility. Critical Vacancy Pay Facilities: Huttonsville Correctional Center and Jail, Mount Olive Correctional Complex and Jail, Western Regional Jail and Corrections Facility, Northern Correctional Facility (including Ohio County Correctional Center), Northern Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, Chick Buckbee Juvenile Center, Vicki Douglas Juvenile Center, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, and Eastern Regional Jail and Corrections Facility (including Martinsburg Correctional Center) (SPB 3088).**Employees in this classification shall receive an annual base building pay differential each fiscal year of $250 after completing one year of service.**If an employee is hired into a Critical Vacancy Pay Facility (CVPF) and leaves the facility, the additional pay differential of $5,000 shall be removed from their salary, unless transferring to another CVPF.**

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Training**:Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

**Substitution**:Additional experience as described below may be substituted for the required training on a year-for-year basis.

**Experience**:Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in the area of assignment, one year of which must have been in a lead worker capacity.
**Substitution**:Successfully completed graduate study in the area of assignment from an accredited college or university may be substituted for the required experience.
