We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Product Analyst to join us in a hybrid work model in our Norwood Location.
**About Reliable Respiratory**
Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support. Equipment provided includes, CPAPs, BiPAPs, AutoPAPs, nebulizers, oxygen equipment, ventilators, CGM devices, insulin pumps, and breast pumps.
Each patient is treated with professionalism, understanding, and attentive service. We care about our customers, work closely with the medical community, and have highly skilled staff ready to assist customers in receiving the best care possible.
**The Product Analyst** will assist with the operational, financial, and technical aspects of operating Reliable’s product lines. This position will assist with identifying, managing, and delivering new and existing DME products to market and perform best practice life cycle management for each product line. This role contributes to the successful delivery and support of products from lead generation, through intake to reimbursement. Position may also entail administrative, customer service, inventory control and regulatory duties as assigned.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for development of product definition, positioning, pricing and product lifecycle management to include market sensing, leading the product management function in new product development teams, pricing, customer communications, support, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze and anticipate market conditions in order to identify market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategy, and identify opportunities for increasing customer and business value through product differentiation.
- Developing a thorough knowledge of target customer segments, markets and the competition. Defining features and functions of our products to internal and external customers including assay design philosophy, product characteristics, advantages, and potential threats from the competition or market conditions.
- Analyze reports to identify opportunities, trends and potential threats with the purpose of maximizing value from all products.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning and implementing change control processes.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Ability to work after hours/weekends when workload necessitates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Marketing, sales, product management experience preferred
**Required Skills**:
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional computer experience (especially Microsoft Office Suite)
