Store Manager

I am looking for a person who can help execute my vision for the shop. We are an elevated wine & spirits store with thousands of products. I am looking for someone with knowledge of wines and spirits and can (if experienced enough) work with sales reps to find new products. This person will help update my website(s), social content generation, enter/scan invoices, and be the lead sales person on the floor.

**Must haves**:

- Knowledge of alcohol beverages and brands
- Cashier experience
- Be excellent communicator

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Oversee daily operations - manage staff, cashier, communicate with sales reps, inventory management
- Train and evaluate new employees
- Provide customer service and act as the lead sales person for the business (will provide on-the-job training for understanding merchandise)
- **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Effective sales ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS software, Microsoft suite

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Wantagh, NY 11793: Relocate before starting work (required)
