**Hours**: AM and PM shifts, including weekends which are the busiest time

We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Bellperson at the Allegria Hotel. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Offer assistance with transportation arrangements, including valet parking and taxi services
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
