**Brew City Retail Manager**
Accountable for the entire operations of one Brew City kiosk

**Hey everyone, this is Retail**
Our managers work **8-12 hours each and every weekend. **Weekends carry the most potential for sales and the best opportunity to show our Milwaukee products to the world. We expect our managers to lead the way, especially on weekends. If you're looking for a Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm job, this will not be a good fit for you.

**Retail Manager Description**
Manage a team of 4-8 employees
Hold your team accountable for all corporate rules and values
Interview, hire, train and maintain your team
Execute sales projections for your store
Maintain quarterly inventory standards
Create store schedules on time, within weekly budgets
Ensure store opens and closes on time, able to fill call-ins on short notice
Attend weekly manager meetings at our warehouse
Submit weekly paperwork on time (daily duties, schedules, packing lists, etc.)
Create professional visual displays, including t-shirt panels
Deliver customer service at a high level from your entire team

**Specific Job Requirements**
Our Brew City Manager is responsible for the **complete operations** of the assigned retail location(s) and is considered a “working manager.” You work alone for many shifts. You must be ready to accept responsibility for all kiosk functions.
- Ability to function in a high paced retail environment.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a retail team.
- Must have the ability manage and hold staff members accountable for rules, regulations, standards, and the courage to make staff changes which fundamentally improve our team.
- Must be able to work 12 hours each weekend (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Management ability to nurture, train and grow a staff which has the highest standards of accountability, honesty, integrity, ingenuity and fairness
- Responsible for kiosk scheduling and following payroll budgets
- Quarterly physical inventories with acceptable results
- Experience with keeping accurate inventory a plus
- Access to transportation to cover call-ins and attend meetings
- Responsible for the cleanliness, organization and displays for your retail location
- Must be able to stand for the entirety of your shifts

**Qualifications**:Two or more years of work experience as a manager or supervisor for a company in the retail and/or apparel industry.
**Additional Requirements**:Computer proficiency in spreadsheets, POS software, and the fluency to use computers to adjust to new challenges without owner help. Basic mathematical skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
