Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Courier. As a Courier, you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages from one location to another in a safe and timely manner. This position requires excellent driving skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting.

**Duties**:

- Safely and efficiently operate a vehicle to transport goods and packages
- Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging
- Plan delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and provide updates on delivery status
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding delivery protocols

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with refrigerated trailers is a plus

We offer competitive pay rates for this position.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $19.84 - $23.90 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 25 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Day shift
- Evening shift
