Shipping Clerk/driver

**Your Job**:

- Effectively and efficiently review, process, record and/or invoice all cases that enter and depart from the lab
- Execute all billing related activities, including the accurate invoicing of all cases leaving the system
- Implementation of check points to ensure that invoices are correctly matched to pan number and client name before shipping
- Open shipping boxes, identify all contents and ensure security
- Follow procedures in identifying method of shipment for both local and national carriers and place completed box in appropriate area for scanning and final disposition

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with dentist office on any questions regarding orders.
- Maintain a record of products shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
- Troubleshoot and communicate any shipping issues with management
- Assemble shipping boxes and obtain all materials necessary for shipping
- Label, disinfect and remove impurities from impression bites, crowns, etc.
- May occasionally drive delivery routes

**Skills and Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping or related field
- Experience with computers and data entry
- Good driving record

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Dental Experience

**Location**:Our network of dental laboratories spans seven states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.
