Transportation Load Planner

**Responsibilities**:

- Load planning assigned fleet of trucks
- Using freight booking platforms to book freight
- Negotiating rates and short term dry-van freight contracts
- Serving as a main point of contact for assigned drivers
- Proactively tracking shipments and alerting customers about anticipated scheduling delays

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **One year of previous dispatcher / load planner**:

- **Fundamental knowledge of transportation and routing in the US**:

- **Previous experience using different load boards such as DAT, Internet TruckStop**:

- **Ability to work individually and as a part of a team**:

- **Proven track record of managing and routing company drivers**

**Important**:

- _Work strictly in the office_
- _At least 1 year of experience as a Freight LTL Loads dispatcher_
- _Load Boards experience 1 year at least_
- _Experience with Consolidation Loads_
