Cleaner

**Job Title: Commercial Cleaner**

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products is a plus
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

We have several contracts within the Albany region, with plans to expand in the near future.

**We do not have an office as we conduct 100% of our services at other commercial properties. Reliable transportation from location to location is a must.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
