Leasing Agent

Overview:
Must have a current AZ Real Estate license. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with showings and leasing our available single family properties. Your exceptional communication, along with your ability to provide excellent customer service, will contribute to the success of our leasing operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available homes
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly filed
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Handle tenant inquiries
- Collaborate with property maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests
- Utilize Appfolio software to manage tenant information, lease agreements, and property records

**Requirements**:

- Current AZ Real Estate License
- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in file management and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant interactions
- Ability to negotiate lease terms and handle conflicts with professionalism
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service to tenants
