**Overview**:
Join our team as a Barista at our bustling coffee shop where you will craft and serve delicious beverages, breakfast, bakery, & lunch to our valued customers.
- **Starting pay $9.00/hour +Tips ($16-$21/hour average) Full-Time Employees Receive 100% Company Paid Dean Health & Delta Dental Insurance. **_

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate POS system to process transactions and handle cash
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in food service or retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with Aloha POS system or similar software is advantageous
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
