**Job Summary**:
As a production worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process, operating machinery, and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production. You will work as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate production machinery and equipment according to prescribed guidelines and safety procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and make adjustments as necessary.
- Assemble products or components according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
- Package and label products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues that arise.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment as needed.
- Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge of production processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime

Ability to Relocate:

- Newington, CT: Relocate before starting work (required)
