About the Opportunity:
DMI, LLC is seeking a Data Architect

**Duties and** Responsibilities**:

- Designing Data Infrastructure:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify internal and external data sources related to patient health records.
- Create and maintain data architecture that supports efficient data extraction, storage, and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (such as HIPAA) for data security and privacy.
- Database Design and Optimization:

- Develop and optimize database models to store patient information.
- Analyze structural requirements for new software systems.
- Migrate data from legacy systems to modern EHR platforms.
- Data Transformation and Lifecycle Management:

- Transform data using tools like SQL and XML.
- Manage data throughout its lifecycle, from creation to archival.
- Implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, clinicians, and administrators.
- Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to align data strategies with organizational goals.
- Visualization and Problem-Solving:

- Utilize advanced visualization techniques to represent data models and workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing systems.
- Solve data-related challenges effectively.
