Welding Crew Foreman

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise construction crews on-site
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with project managers to meet project goals
- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets standards
- Utilize construction management software for scheduling and reporting
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Crew Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera, or similar software tools
- Strong understanding of budgeting, quality control, and project management principles
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- OSHA certification is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is preferred
- Welding Certification
- Valid Driver's License
