**Summary of the Position**:
MJ Resource Management provides administration and operations for various healthcare organizations in the South Bay. The Recruiter position will perform staff hires for multiple companies

We provide medical billing, human resources, accounts receivables, accounting, utilization review and business development for health care professionals. With an exciting and fun atmosphere, MJ Resource Management provides a level of professionalism and expertise to companies in need.

**Job Duties**
- Create job postings to be listed on Indeed, Ziprecruiter, etc.
- Monitor and organize applicant listings
- Schedule Interviews
- Recruit healthcare professionals via LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage multiple open positions at once.

**Education Requirements**

Knowledge of business processes usually obtained from an Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Health Care Administration.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Knowledge and experience in recruiting.
- Human resources experience in hiring, tracking, and performance reviews (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills (required).
- Skill in using computer systems
- Multitasking skills (required).
- Problem-solving skills (required).
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff (required).

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Outlook Calendar: 1 year (required)
- Interviewing: 1 year (required)
- Recruiting: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Spanish (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Torrance, CA (required)
