**Maintenance Laborer - 2nd Shift**:

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- General maintenance responsibilities include cleaning and painting and upkeep of machinery, interior and exterior areas as required by facility needs.
- Use of tools ranging from common hand and power tools, hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
- Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment and report needs to the supervisor.
- Assist maintenance staff and perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Regular attendance is essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Can understand verbal work instructions.

**Work Environment**:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

**Physical Demands**:
The work requires physical exertion such as extended periods indoors and outdoors of remaining stationery, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving at least 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.

**About Us**:
