Meat Processor/cutter

We are a family-owned and operated Meat Market and Deli that has been serving the Plainfield, IL area since September 2004. We pride ourselves on courteous service and serving our customers the finest meats, seafood, and cheeses in town

We are looking for an experienced Meat Processor/Cutter to join our team. YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grinding, sausage and burger patty making, some cutting
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain quality and freshness
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination
- Operate and maintain meat processing equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and customer demands
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using knives and meat processing tools for meat preparation
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and standards
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and packaging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining meat processing equipment
