**SUMMARY**:
As a Cabana Server, your job is to fill drink and food orders either directly from a guest or through servers who place drink orders for dining room guests in the restaurant setting. Servers are expected to interact with guests to supply them with food and drink that appears directly to their tastes. Servers are also responsible for taking and serving food orders to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction as they are responsible for checking on guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and drinks and take action to correct any problems. The goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them swiftly to our guests; review orders for accuracy, accept payment, make change, and do so in a pleasant, upbeat manner.
- Learn our menu backwards and forwards and be knowledgeable about all our current promos and weekly specials. Got a favorite menu item? Let your guests know
- Check back with guests routinely and assist them with all questions and requests; if they have an issue, you?ll own it and help them resolve it.
- Bus tables and return dishes to the kitchen/bar; monitor the concourse area & help keep it free of any spills or trash that may be on the floor; keep your assigned area in tip-top shape.
- Help to run our service at our bowling lanes on select evenings. Including confirming their lane reservation, assisting with any issues, and providing full food and beverage service.
- Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area and ensure that everything is arranged prior to guest arrival.
- Put on your sales hat and recommend/upsell the center experience (?Who?s up for another game, another burger, or another one of our signature cocktails??) Be friendly and suggest additional ways to make their experience even better.

- Able to use hands and fingers to feel.
- Able to move equipment which would include pushing pulling, bending, and lifting.

- Able to regularly lift/and or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must have good hearing and visual acuity to observe equipment, The Funplex guests, etc.
- Able to read and understand daily checklists, rules and regulations.
- Able to speak to give verbal instructions to guests and other employees.
- Able to work in a considerably noisy environment from equipment and amusements rides.
- Able to perform work duties outside in carrying weather conditions prevalent at the times.
- Requires early arrivals and or/late night departures.
