**DCH Kay Honda**, part of the Fortune 500 Lithia & Driveway family of over 350+ dealerships, and the fastest-growing, largest automotive retailer in the nation, is searching for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, business development specialist for our newly created **Vehicle Exchange Program**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm**

**_ What will I be doing?_**
- Utilize scheduling software to identify customers and dig deeper into database to determine equity levels.
- Work closely with the Service & Sales Departments to obtain vehicle exchange options for our customers.
- Contact customers, provide information, and schedule appointments to review details and options.
- Document research and communication with customers in CRM.
- Greet customers in Service Drive and waiting area and engage in friendly conversation to obtain information about their vehicle.
- Follow up with customers and develop a pipeline of prospects.

- Sales experience
- Automotive dealership experience not required, but a plus

- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record

The expected pay range for this position is ($14.13 to $27.13) (Hourly/Salary).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
