Class C Driver

**UNIS is one of the largest & fastest growing Logistics companies**, we are looking for qualified Company Drivers. As a Company **_Class C Driver _**for UNIS Transportation, you will transport non-Hazardous freight to our extensive clientele. This is year-round work, with consistent volumes picking up and delivering. This is Monday through Friday (1st shift) In **Waddell, AZ**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet customers with friendly and positive attitude.
- Meet daily pick-up and delivery schedule
- Detecting freight damages at the time of pick-up.
- Data entry via hand device
- Working in tandem with the company policies.
- Maintain company vehicle appearance.
- Completing all tasks as assigned by the dispatcher
- Use of hand truck, pallet jack and forklift
- _ When not on a driving assignment ,_ assist in the warehouse with general labor tasks
- Assist with unloading and loading trailers
- Assist where ever needed to help generate revenue
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Specifications**
- Should have excellent written as well as verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with co-workers
- Familiar with receiving and shipping processes
- Friendly and positive customer skills.
- Familiar with Windows Operating systems and or hand held devices

Job Qualifications
- High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Pass Background Check / Drug Screen
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
