**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Present treatment plan and financial estimates to patient, according to dentists’ plans.
- Present financing options and next steps, building value from the close relationship established.
- Clarify patient questions about eligibility and reason for treatment, based on exams and feedback from the medical team.
- Assist potential patients in their decision-making process, according to internal processes.
- Manage and maintain patient records and contracts, ensuring accuracy and filing in an efficient manner, according to regulations and internal standards.
- Follow-up with prospective patients, educating them on the process, and soothing their concerns.
- Manage complaints from patients, face to face, over the phone and in writing.
- Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines with regards to patient records.
- Demonstrate commitment to, and follow, the Dentaprime policies, mission statement and virtues of success.
- Other duties as assigned for the smooth operation of the business.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
