Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or risks and implement corrective measures
- Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

**Experience**:

- Desire to build experience in construction management
- General knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Willingness to become proficient in construction management software (e.g., BuilderTrend)
- Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
