**Job Description** The Wonderful Company is seeking a Strategy Manager, CSR **to sit at the center of our Education, Health & Wellness, and our community philanthropy programs to manage key projects, produce reports for senior leadership, and conduct analyses to evaluate and improve our CSR efforts. The primary focus of this role is to provide data-driven insights and analytical support to determine the impact of our philanthropic efforts and support our investment strategy across our CSR program to combat the cycle of poverty in the communities we serve. This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategy & Finance, CSR on a cross-functional team that collaborates across the enterprise.
- Create presentations to communicate trends, data insights, and strategies for stakeholders at all levels, from school administration to the board room
- Aggregate, clean, and analyze data on a regular basis using Excel, PowerBI, and other tools to create PowerPoint and Word reports spanning our education, health and wellness, and community philanthropy work
- Conduct targeted data analyses and research to understand the performance of CSR programming and opportunities for improvement
- Manage CSR special projects, including ongoing implementation of Wonderful’s continuous improvement efforts
- Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across Wonderful through frequent, professional communication, reporting, and coordination to support implementation of CSR priorities
**Qualifications** Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**
- Passion for combatting cycles of poverty through holistically addressing social determinants of health
- Demonstrated experience generating and driving strategies through analyzing data, deriving insights, and communicating insights in a simple way that guides tactical action
- Meticulous and passionate about data accuracy - with advanced excel skills and experience cleaning and manipulating large, complex data sets and proactively identifying and solving for errors
- Flexible multi-tasker, with the agility and ability to adjust priorities on the fly to fulfill urgent request and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
- Experience building PowerPoint decks, with an eye for concise and precise information design
- Proficient in or eager to learn Alteryx, R, Python, SQL and/or PowerBI
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA preferred
- 3-5 years in an Analytics, Strategy Consulting, Research or Business Intelligence role at a fast-paced company, with evidence of generating reports synthesizing large amount of data to drive business decisions
**_ Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000_**_._**_ Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience._**
