If you are a skilled field manager, our company can be a great opportunity for you. The position we are advertising is for a General Concrete / Masonry Superintendent with Senior level experience in Commercial Concrete Construction.

We are looking to add a General Superintendent to our team to oversee all our projects, foremen, and field crews - to ensure proper performance and to maximize production on all projects. The person who fills this role will also need to take lead and run a crew on our most prominent projects and any other projects whenever is necessary.

We perform ground-up concrete construction primarily for commercial projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a superior understanding of commercial drawings and specifications.
- Must have an exceptional ability to layout and verify critical components.
- Must be Company and Team minded.
- Must have the ability to plan and forecast the needs for multiple field crews.
- Must have the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Concrete industry experience is required; Masonry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train in this area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all activities in the construction process.
- Delegate tasks to foremen and oversee their work.
- Performance evaluation of crew members.
- Accurately document materials used.
- Enforce safety regulations.
- Perform pre-pour inspections and ensure quality control.
- Estimate Timelines and communicate project schedules.

**Pay**: $85,800 - $110,000 per year

**Experience level**:

**Base Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to meet project demands may occasionally require a weekend workday.
