Junior Loan Officer

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who aspire to become licensed loan officers in the near future. As a Junior Loan Officer, you will work closely with our experienced loan officers and receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the lending industry. This role will provide you with a solid foundation and a clear pathway to obtaining your loan officer license.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make Outbound calls to leads provided and initiate a warm transfer to Senior Loan Officers
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and educational programs to expand knowledge of loan origination procedures, lending products, and industry regulations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the lending industry

Pay: $4,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
