Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient paperwork
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and consent forms
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Pull records and confirm appointments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some experience in a dental office is required
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft software is highly desirable
- Friendly outgoing attitude is a must
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
