As a Cashier/Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient front desk operations. Your ability to handle transactions accurately, greet customers warmly, and manage administrative tasks will contribute to a positive experience for our clients and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate service area.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage reservations as needed.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels at the reception area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front desk operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a cashier or receptionist is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
