- S3 is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) which is an organization, owned by credit unions. We serve credit unions by supporting their operations and delivering world class service. We support the credit union members with their loans, deposits and other financial needs to achieve their goals.
- The Wire Transfer Representative will enjoy a fast-paced and challenging work environment. The incumbent must be customer service centric with a high attention to detail and thrive working in a team environment. The Wire Transfer Representative will perform functions including but not limited to the following: wire transfer, any associated research, and any new initiatives added.

TOP JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review incoming and outgoing member wires transfers for accuracy and funding.
Processing both domestic and international wires via WITS wire transfer system meeting designated wire SLAs.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with members and across multiple business lines professionally and effectively.
Operational research of wire trace recalls, wire disputes, and resolution experience.
- Other responsibilities and opportunities:
Participate in partner and team meetings to provide support and expertise.
Perform periodic system testing for scheduled upgrades and enhancements.
End of day (EOD) balancing and settlement.
Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management.
- QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1 year of wires transfer work experience required.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and management.
Working knowledge of Reg E is required.
Previous experience with WITS Wire system, preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
