Harper’s Station at Yorktown is a state-of-the-art, senior living community coming soon to the Yorktown, Virginia area. Our community will offer spacious, well-appointed Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments, residential cottage homes and a wide variety of amenities and services designed for the finest senior living experiences for those wanting an independent living lifestyle.

We are seeking a Culinary Assistant that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.

In the role of a Culinary Assistant_,_ you will be responsible for enhancing the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile. The incumbent will perform table service in a caring, professional, and timely manner.

The Culinary Assistant assists residents with all dining needs, and set up and cleans the dining room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Observe residents' responses if they require additional service and embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.

**Job Type**:Full-Time & Part-Time positions available, 7:00AM - 7:00PM & 7:00PM - 7:00AM shift available, weekday and weekend availability

**Rate of Pay**: Starting at $18.50 depending on experience. Competitive shift differentials for overnight shifts

**Requirements**:
**Education/Experience**:

- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
