**Remote - Harrisburg, PA, 17110**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Education and Experience**:
**A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 1 year of call center experience is preferred.**:
**Schedule**:
- 8 hour shift
- between the hours of 7am-8 pm
- In-office training may be required
