Configuration Technician

**Temporary Assignment
- 4-6 months**

Summary

The Configuration Technician provides support to field services by configuration/imaging of Desktops, Laptops, & Network Equipment prior to deployment. The Configuration Technician will prepare, receive, order and export warehouse deliveries, to include job site content and consumables.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Configuration and imaging of Thin Clients, Desktops, Laptops for all cb20 customers.
- Proper inventory management and asset tracking through cb20 and customer tools.
- Order, maintain, organize, and issue inventory of approved supplies and company equipment
- Assist with repositioning, loading and unloading of inventory
- Deliver and pick up materials as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment.

**Qualifications Requirements/Job Specifications**

**Education**:High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.

**Standards**:Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.

**Skills**:A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An openness to learning new technologies.

**Working time**: 40 hours/week. All other times as defined by the demands of the department.

**Lifting**: Typically, no lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
